Who we are

Cora Brady and Courtenay O’hea are Becoming You Certified Practitioners and affiliates of NYU Stern | Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing, trained directly by Professor Suzy Welch. Together, they bring decades of experience helping people uncover who they are and what they want to do with their lives.

Cora is an entrepreneur and communications leader who has built and led teams across North America. She’s an experienced facilitator, known for leading thoughtful, high-impact conversations about purpose, values, and direction. She is also a certified executive coach (AoEC).

Courtenay is a certified parent coach and counsellor who supports parents and young adults through periods of transition and decision-making. Known for her calm, grounded approach, she helps people better understand themselves and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Together, Cora and Courtenay create safe, engaging spaces for students and clients to reflect, explore, and begin shaping authentic lives that align with who they really are.
