Live What Matters
Our signature cohort experience
Four weeks of guided small-group work digging into values, aptitudes, and interests — culminating in a personal plan each participant uses to guide their life and career decisions. Includes data-backed values and aptitude assessments, and 1:1 office hours with a facilitator for every participant. Run for a single team, or scaled across a full intake.

- Week 1 — Values, introduced. The framework, and why values quietly drive decisions people can’t otherwise explain.
- Week 2 — Your core values, named. Deeper work, including the honest gap between what someone says they value and where their time actually goes.
- Week 3 — Aptitudes. The YouScience assessment surfaces natural thinking patterns, work style, and the strengths that show up consistently rather than situationally.
- Week 4 — Opportunities and the plan. Interests connected to real possibilities, synthesized into a personal plan of action.
- Plus 1:1 office hours. Private time with a facilitator to pressure-test the plan and decide what happens next.
