A Grade 10–12 Student Workshop
Beyond Academics.
Because success starts with knowing yourself.
A one-time workshop designed to help Grade 10–12 students better understand themselves before making decisions about school, university, careers and life.
Why this matters
Teenagers are asked to make some of the biggest decisions of their lives before they’ve had the chance to truly understand themselves. This workshop gives them the language, confidence and practical tools to make decisions that feel authentic to who they are.
What they’ll experience
- Discover their personal values using a data-backed, internationally recognized values assessment.
- Explore interactive activities and guided discussion that bring those values to life.
- Learn how values influence motivation, confidence and decision-making.
- Walk away with a practical decision-making framework — for course selection, career choices, and everyday decisions in between.
What they’ll walk away with
Students
- Greater self-awareness
- Personalized values profile
- Greater confidence in future decisions
Parents
- Live virtual follow-up session
- Shared language with their teen
